COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Texas Hydraulics 17065 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomas-Micron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Textron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thompson such as the NTR42025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3471242659970 manufactured by Thomas-Micron and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomas-Micron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HU503OPTION60 by Manufacturer Textron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motor Brand OTN2505S1B33X160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as RS12B equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5ik60gucwe3 made by Toledo as well as the popular 98634 original spares produced by Transtech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100SS by Tsubaki and RS12B spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RF2040 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki. |
